The James' house

My grandparents lived in this house small Victorian style house on Learoy Street, Mt Lawley, Perth, Western Australia, for many years. The neighborhood was a quiet one; partly, because it was located next to a golf course. It was rented out for a while after my grandfather died and was eventfully sold.
